Welcome to A++! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the A++ App (“App”), its website (www.aplusplusapp.com), and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. About Us

2. Use of Services

Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
  • By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.

License:

  • A++ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the App for personal, educational purposes only.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without prior written consent.

3. Accounts and Security

  • To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity at contact@aplusplusapp.com.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

  • A++ offers codes for purchase to access premium features. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for valid technical issues.
  • Prices are subject to change. Users will be notified of changes in advance.

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

  • Post or share content that is abusive, offensive, or illegal.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A++ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Yaoundé.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated via the App or website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
